Regarding the current Wix site: Access to Google Search Console and GA4 (or GTM) is available. There is a list of URLs with 2-3 positions that look valuable from an SEO perspective. Audit of the new site on Vercel * Check technical SEO, indexing, and JavaScript rendering in Next.js. * Check sitemap.xml, robots.txt, canonical, metadata, structured data, status codes, and URL architecture. * Check Core Web Vitals, speed, image optimization, and mobile version. * Check SEO fields and templates in Payload CMS. * Check forms, applications, CTAs, contact links, navigation, and main conversion scenarios. * Check the architecture's readiness for future multilingual support. * Identify technical or functional errors related to partially AI-generated development. B. Preparation and execution of migration * Prepare a redirect map from Old URL → New URL * Create a prioritized list of corrections: Critical, High, Medium, Low. * Prepare a migration checklist and technical tasks for the developer. * Check the completed corrections. * Assist with the domain switch from Wix to Vercel. * Check DNS, SSL, redirects, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and analytics after launch. * Monitor indexing, technical errors, and organic metrics after migration.
