    Я не сделал скриншота , но на одной указаных Вами "быстрих" страниц - сервер ответи через 9,6 сек - соответственно и показатели в красной зоне

    Тут проблема в хостинге , нечего исправлять

    Если нет возможности смена хостинга - по-максимум разогнать сайт.
    Результат - желтая зона точно, остальное нужно тестировать. Если интересно - пишите, помогу.
