Calls are made on behalf of the web studio, a basic understanding of what a website, domain, hosting, layout, etc. is required.
How exactly to call is up to you - regular communication or IP telephony (messengers are not suitable).
However, it will be necessary to provide a recording of each call so that the dialogue is clearly audible.
If the person cannot talk right now, then call back later.
I see the execution of this project within a day, you will be given access to a panel where you receive the business card, call, and make notes on the results.
