What needs to be done

Wait for contact from the manager (call or Viber).
Communicate with the manager as if you are really looking for a job.
Record all communication.
Prepare a short, clear report.
What exactly needs to be recorded
Calls
Record all phone conversations with the managers.
Record:
the date and time of the call;
how long after the application they reached out;
which manager called (name or how they introduced themselves);
the duration of the conversation;
the tone of communication (polite, dry, interested, etc.);
whether the manager knows the information and answers confidently.
After each call — briefly describe your impressions.
Viber / messengers
Save all correspondence completely:
text messages;
voice messages;
files, if sent.
Take screenshot of the correspondence with dates and times.
Record:
the speed of responses;
the style of communication;
whether everything was explained clearly.
What to pay attention to during communication
Whether the manager introduced themselves and said which company they are from.
Whether they explained the working conditions clearly.
Whether they got confused in their answers.
Whether it was comfortable to communicate.
Overall — would you like to work after this conversation or not, and why.
What needs to be submitted as a result
Audio of all calls.
Screenshots or a file with all correspondence in Viber.
A short report in free form, indicating:
which manager you communicated with;
how quickly they reached out;
what you liked;
what you didn’t like;
overall assessment of the communication.
