Для ответа анализируются все публично открытые вакансии 15 (пятнадцати) IT компаний из этого списка за 2018ый год https://jobs.dou.ua/top50/ первые 15 компаний.

Прошу предложить сроки выполнения и цену выполнения данной работы.
Условия: если Вы беретесь анализировать компанию, нужно в таблице отобразить ВСЕ открытые вокансии по программированию данной компании "стажировка", "Pre-Junior", "Junior" и добиться цен на данные позиции. Позиции по хедхантингу и другие не связанные с программированием не интересуют, за исключением тестировщиков (QA).
При прозвонах компаний можно говорить, как есть: "Вы планируете обучиться на программиста и выбираете, на кого лучше обучиться, для этого, монитерите кем быть."
Жду Ваши предложения по цене и срокам выполнения.

взяла первую компанию из списка, IT специальности (включая тестирование) составляют 29 вакансий.
По каждой из них Вы хотите получить ценовую раскладку по 6 уровням квалификации? И так по первым 15 компаниям.
Как бы, для понимания объема и возможности выполнения поставленной задачи. -
