3. На основе утвержденного генплана, создание эскизного проекта ландшафтного дизайна. Зонирование, транзитные коммуникации, насыщение, озеленение (планы,эскизы).
4. Предварительная спецификация растений (на плане).
5. Расчет предварительной стоимости создания сада.
6. Фотореалистичная визуализация проекта в программе 3d max
в соответствии с утвержденным планом озеленения территории
и постройками находящимися на территории.
Интересуют сроки выполнения и конечно же цена!
Хотелось бы услышать предложения от киевлян, чтобы была возможность осмотра объекта на месте.
