Необходимо выполнить в программе раскрой сип-панелей на заданные детали, чтобы получить минимальное количество отходов.
Условия:
1. Исходные размеры панелей:
2500x1250x174
2800x1250x174
2. Размеры деталей, которые необходимо из них получить в аттаче.
3. Ширина пилы - 4 мм. Каждый распил съедает 4 мм. Т.е. если 1250 мм пилим пополам, то получится не 2 детали по 625 мм, а две по 623 мм. Поэтому размеры в аттаче с учетом данного зазора - т.е. если указана ширина 625 мм, то допускается 623 мм.

Добрый день. Имею опыт проектировки (и раскройки) домов из сип-панелей. К примеру для окна делают вырез - размер окна + 20 мм по боках и сверху и 40 мм снизу (для подоконника). Делал 3д модели а по ним развертки, где указаны размеры и номера всех деталйе. Обращайтесь, обсудим.
