Это ошибка это автоматический бан Фейсбука по железу или IP адресу. Из-за этого второй аккаунт тоже сразу улетел в блок. Система вас запомнила и теперь блокирует всё новое.
Чтобы понять можно ли спасти старый аккаунт мне нужно посмотреть его статус в разделе Качество аккаунта. Если там полный блок то единственный выход создавать всё заново через правильную настройку (через антидетект браузер и прокси) чтобы ФБ вас снова не спалил.
