Documents: All necessary documents from the supplier are available (commercial invoice from the Polish company, Packing list, certificates). Volumes: Initially — 1 test pallet. Subsequently — stable shipments of 1-2 pallets each week. What exactly needs to be done by the executor: Search and calls: Process the market of logistics companies (Polish and Ukrainian) that deal with B2B transportation of consolidated cargo (LTL). Organization of EX1: Find those who can pick up the cargo from the warehouse in Poland and independently (or through partners) open an export declaration (EX1) based on the Polish invoice. Negotiations and Bargaining (Important!): We do not need just a list of companies. Your task is to conduct negotiations and secure the best conditions. The target budget for door-to-door delivery (pickup of cargo + opening EX1 + delivery to Ukraine) should not exceed 1800 zlotys per pallet. Find the optimal balance between price, delivery speed, and convenience of cooperation. Criteria for task completion: Successful agreement with a specific logistics company (or customs agency + carrier) that: Has confirmed in writing the readiness to pick up the cargo, make EX1, and deliver to Ukraine. Has met our target budget (up to 1800 zlotys). Has provided reasonable timelines and a clear algorithm for starting work, after which we can immediately submit a request for the pickup of the first pallet.
