А какое отношение слоган имеет к логотипу? Логотип делает продукт или бренд узнаваемым, слоган его дополнение. В логотип закладывается философия, визуальный образ продукта, а тут и по русски и по украински можно объяснить, вы в целом все неплохо описали в заказе.

Доработка слогана на немецком языке и графический дизайн это абсолютно разные области. Я очень сильно уверен что таких специалистов нет в природе. Сделайте отдельные проекты. Например можно поставить любой слоган а потом заменить тем же шрифтом. Важнее графика.
