25 USD- Разработать бункер для рукавного фильтра. Модель SolidWorks + чертежи КМД в Автокад.
- Бункер пирамидальный на 4-х опорах. Вверху прямоугольный фланец, к которому будет крепиться корпус фильтра.
- Ремер верхнего фланца ориентировочно 2400х2600.
- При разработке учесть возможность аварийного (100%) заполнения бункера пылью.
- Насыпная плотность пыли 950 кг/м3.
- Статический угол естественного откоса пыли (угол обрушения) составляет 510, для бункера принять угол 600.
- Пылевыгрузка пыли из бункера осуществляется роторным питателем В-200 в биг-бег, размещенный на поддоне. Чертеж питателя прилагается.
- Расстояние от выпускного фланца питателя до отм.0 – 1500мм.
- На 1/3 высоты бункера (от нижнего фланца) предусмотреть опору для виброобрушителя, чертеж прилагается.
- Наружная поверхность бункера подлежит теплоизоляции базальтовой ватой (δ=50мм). В качестве опорных уголков для крепления покровочного материала (профлист/оцинковка) применить уголок 50х50х4.
