То что описано у вас задани 100%реализуемо.
но нужно делать в 3 этапа и вы должны понимать что это не простенький сайт и готовых решений нету

1.Дизайн портала
2.Программная часть
3.Интеграции аукционов

вам же не просто Парсинг нужен а именно покупку/ставку реализовать на сайте
Для работы еще нужно буде реализовать прокси что бы все работало быстро

с тз выше очень сложно указать бюджет ,нужен как минимум список всего функционала и примеры по дизайну

интересно) это был не я. В итоге тот человек, который обращался начал заниматься разработкой этого или нет?
да я понимаю что готовых решений нет по самому сайту. Но с другой стороны есть готовые решения по третьему пункту уже у другого человека который может его сдавать в аренду. Если он может это делать значит у него это готовое решение есть. Возможно его можно скопировать, но понятное дело что нужно все равно много доработок сделать.

Да нужно чтобы человек мог делать ставку.

Как вы видите создание сайта с учетом всех задач. Это возможно сделать на WP или нужно с 0 все разрабатывать?
Насколько я понял, вы понимаете как делать каждый из пунктов и могли бы взяться за этот проект если будет более понятное ТЗ.

Проект не начали , Он дорогой
3 пункт
Там не так дело в Парсинге а в защите на самих аукционах
Нужно будет многопоток еще подключать для скорости обновления лотов ,их актуальности

На самом ТЗ нужно составлять сообща
+очень важен пример по дизайну

Все примеры по дизайну есть. Есть демо версия парсера который есть в публичном доступе, который мне предлагают в аренду взять.

Друзі яке тезе? Це не законно парсіть акциони, Власники вас будуть баніть писать скарги та судові позиви. Можете пофантазувати на тему дізайну та функционалу. Но основне це обход бана при парсенге. Я єкономлю вам час бо є опит

Якщо у вас задачі на текущі аукціони записуватись та ставки робити то треба апі використовувати. Ну с самим копарт врядлі сможете подписати договір. Посредніки просят 200-600 доларів на місяц, https://autoastat.com/ru/pricing

Дам доступ до API всіх авто Копарта та ІААІ.
200 дол в місяць. І ми ВЖЕ стандартизували всі марки і моделі в один формат. Бо якщо ви не вкурсі, то одна і та сама машина може називатися по різному на обох сайтах. Я бачив сайти де BMW 328 і BMW 3 Series цетипу різне) Там повний ппц в фільтрах.
Також стандартизували інші дані, такі як документи, пошкодження і т д.
