    Сама библиотека на С++ - это менее половины дела.
    Нужны знания и трейдерский опыт, поэтому и стоимость такова.

    Мы ищем специалиста со знанием С++ и Python для разработки плагина для программного обеспечения MetaTrader 5. 

    Для чего знания Python требуются? Плагины ж под MT5 создают обычно на C++

    И, насколько я знаю, MT5 Server - не бесплатный. Вы предоставляете ключ для локальной установки (для тестирования/разработки)? Или нужно будет подключаться к вашим компьютерам дистанционно и там всё разрабатывать?
