Hello! I am the project manager of the automation agency Business Atlas. We are implementing this solution through Configuration Extension, which is the standard of modern development on the 1C:Enterprise / BAS platform. What we offer within the project:
1. Smart contract directory
• We will add a "Subscription" tab with strict control: one service per contract.
• We will implement price history through a separate Information Register. This will allow the system to automatically "see" that from 01.01 the price was 1000 UAH, and from 01.04 it became 1200 UAH, maintaining the accuracy of past reports.
• We will add a "Active" flag and contact details (phone + messenger) for automating mailings.
2. Accountant robot (Automatic processing)
We will create a processing that will work according to a strict algorithm:
• Step 1 (Acts): Formation of Realizations on the last day of the month. The system will automatically pull the current price from history at that moment.
• Step 2 (Invoices): Formation of Invoices on the first day of the month. The algorithm will automatically calculate the amount based on the balances on Debit 361, so the invoice always reflects the current debt of the client.
• All documents will automatically fill in the "Services" tab.
3. Messaging module
We will integrate the ability to send generated invoices via Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram:
• After document formation, you will be able to send them to clients in bulk with one click.
• For Telegram, we use direct API (bot), for Viber/WhatsApp — connection through reliable gateway aggregators.
Technical advantages of our approach:
• Code cleanliness: Development only within the Extension. Your database remains "typical" for easy updating.
• Data accuracy: Using accounting totals (Account 361) ensures that there will be no errors in the invoice.
• Convenience: The entire process from creating the act to the client receiving it on their phone takes just a few minutes.
