Splash and onboarding most often "kill" the product not by design, but by consuming motivation: a person has not yet understood the value — and they are already being forced to read, choose, and think.

I will create 7 screens so that they work on business metrics: getting to the first useful action faster and increasing survey completion. You will receive:

a splash screen that looks like a brand, not a placeholder, and does not irritate (correct timing, clear transition to the app);
onboarding that sells benefits in 2-3 swipes and does not overload with text;
a survey that is easy to complete: progress, micro-hints, "I don't know/skip" where appropriate, neat error states — to avoid losing people in the middle;
illustrations in a unified style + light animation that supports the meaning (not "cartoons for the sake of cartoons").
Tools: Figma (layouts + components + states) and animations in a format that is easy to hand over to development — Lottie/JSON or video preview, if that is faster for your team.

A question to make this not just beautiful, but effective: what is the goal of these 7 screens — to lead to registration/purchase/subscription or to profile completion? And are there current figures on drop-off during onboarding/survey (where exactly they drop off), so I can strengthen the most problematic areas?
