Andrii Yeremenko 9 March 2021У нас на фазенде домик 54 м..кв. (1-эт.), и там поместились коридор, кухня-столовая, спальня, санузел с душевым боксом и сауна. Но если помещение 16,6 м.кв. - это гараж, тогда прийдётся использовать площадь 2-го этажа. Кстати, обходимся без газа, только электрика, отопление оформлено официально, счётчик 2-хтарифный. И септик не выкачиваем, т.к. используем биопрепарат и смонтировали дренаж.

По плану хотим гараж соединить с комнатой (стена не несущая). И возможно достройка. Но не знаем где лучше сделать вход....Идей у нашей семьи много)), но хотим все таки рекомендаций специалиста.

Andrii Yeremenko 9 March 2021Для начала нужно определиться, где возможно сделать септик, чтобы вывести канализацию по кратчайшему пути. А если он уже есть, тогда расположение санузла привяжется к его размещению. Ещё одно, с чем нужно определиться, будете ли вы использовать газ или нет, от этого будет зависеть расчет электроснабжения.

Andrii Yeremenko 18 March 2021Как по мне, вход лучше делать со стороны, противоположной улице. А септик располагать там, где участок понижается от домика, на расстоянии не менее 5 м.
Определяйтесь с этим, и тогда сможем двигаться дальше.
