Tasks include:
– Searching for 30 HR specialists working in companies with over 500 employees
– Contacting candidates via LinkedIn or other methods
– Conducting preliminary online research to verify criteria (industry, company size, location)
– Scheduling interviews and managing communication with respondents
Requirements:
– Ability to communicate effectively with mid- and senior-level professionals
– Independence and good organization skills
– Fluent Polish
