45 USD This is a WordPress website using the Divi theme. It is a church site, quite simple with not many plugins. The problem is that sometimes the CPU load, RAM, and bandwidth usage on the hosting skyrocket to 100%, causing the site to slow down significantly. This does not happen all the time, but it is an issue.
There is access to cpanel. I see error logs for both the database and files. I cannot determine the exact cause. I have disabled plugins and the theme, but resources still periodically spike.

As far as I can see from the logs - you have activated the Divi builder (or you are using it as your template), and its cache is incorrectly configured. Try:
1. Save the current log - for future reference
2. Clear it
3. Disable the cache used on your site
And then check - whether such errors will continue to appear.
