We are currently looking for a qualified professional to carry out detailed and accurate measurements for various components of an ongoing construction project of approximately 2,500 square meters.
At this stage of the project, we require the measurement of specific elements including the drainage system—covering both rainwater and wastewater downpipes—, the roofing area, and a review of the building's facade (which has already been partially measured). In addition, we would like to include measurements for two air conditioning units (fan coils) and the air renewal system, as well as the wastewater pumping system. Although we are not yet ready to measure plumbing or electrical installations due to the construction status, we would also like to account for the underfloor heating equipment, limited to the equipment itself (not its placement or installation).
All work should be based on the existing architectural and technical plans, which will be provided upon assignment. The outcome should be a comprehensive and professional report detailing the measurements, using appropriate units and formats, ready to be presented to the property owner in September.
