I have a list of cases from https://www.enforcementtracker.com/ but they do not specify details about fines.
I'm looking to find the fines that were given specifically for things related to internet marketing, like :
- using cookies without authorization
- using retargeting pixels (Facebook ads, google ads) without consent
- using a pre-checked agreement box when collecting emails
- sending emails to customers without having asked them to check the box for consent
- etc ..
