Hello dear programmers, I need reverse engineering of the ITero element 2 3D scanner software, I need a very experienced programmer who can make the scanner independent from the cloud server of the manufacturer Align, and there will be an opportunity to scan and save to a flash drive in STL format. Currently, since the device is not connected to the server (error TrendMicro #2 failed), it means that the device is locked on the manufacturer's side. In the patient card, it is impossible to select the procedure, which makes it impossible to proceed to the next stage of scanning; the procedure field is empty, although in previous scans the previous doctor selected it. In the photo from the scanner, there will be licenses used by Align, as well as photos of the settings and the card where the procedure area is empty. The device has two USB ports. When turned on, the Windows shell appears, but there is no standard Windows boot, it goes straight to the ITero shell.

As you understand, the hardware is operational and scanning is possible; there are unfinished patient orders in the scanner, and in their procedure column, there are selected parameters, previously when the device was connected to the Align server.
