Добрый день, а почему вы не делаете оптовые продажи на том же домене? Это вполне реально, разные типы цен делаются через группы покупателей. Не будете грузить сервак двумя сайтами. Да и удобнее когда оптовик заходит у него розничная цена зачеркнута и рядом оптовая
И это всё можно грузить с 1с, у нас магазин на 70 тыс товаров и 10 типов цен включая опт, всё грузится с 1с

Тоесть его надо переделать так что бы он как цены ниже грузил или что имеет ввиду под для оптовых продавцов?

Сейчас есть выгрузка остатком которая работает. Будет создана новая выгрузка с новыми товарами и ценами и картинками (в старой нету картинок). С ней и нужно будет работать. Решение на ваше усмотрение, хотите используйте и адаптируйте существующий скрипт хотите разрабатывайте новый. Зада: работоспособность, запуск по крону и вручную. Сейчас работает так. Вначале выгрузки отключает все товары, дальше включает если таковы есть в выгрузке (это чтобы исключить товары которых нету в наличии, если были изменения по цене описанию и так далее - обновляем изменившиеся данные )
