На Вики подобные само-рекламные статьи удаляются, потому как примерно то, что написано в ПДФ, можно написать про миллилоны компаний в мире. И ссылки на источники информации - только сайт компании, что явная самореклама. Надо чтобы компания была значимая (например, занимала 25% рынка ИТ в Украине), про неё были написаны минимум 20 статей в различных источниках страны или мира, не связанных с компанией, её 1-2-n сотрудников были значимыми персонами в стране или рынке (про которых тоже хотя бы десять статей написаны). Компания сейчас объективно не проходит по критериям значимости Вики, а значит, очень сильно вряд ли можно эту страницу восстановить и сохранить в будущем.

Як вже зазначили вище, така стаття на Вікіпедії опублікована не буде. Спробуйте рекламуватись на інших зовнішніх майданчиках, ЗМІ тощо. Вікіпедія - не найкраще джерело для лідогенерації, а інших способів розкрутки нині вдосталь - це я вам як інтернет-маркетолог вже кажу. Якщо все-таки вирішите змінити стратегію, публікуйте пропозиції на Фрилансханті, будемо дивитись.
