We want to automate this process: data is taken from an Excel table, payment links are automatically created based on that data, and then these links are sent to clients via an SMS gateway (SMS bramka) with the required text and payment link.
In addition, we have a panel that shows the payment status (lista transakcji), and from there, a report can be downloaded in Excel format. It is important for us that the system can also calculate the total amount of payments for each client over a certain period (for example, a month), even if the person made several separate payments (for example, in installments or continued their stay at the hostel). We need to see the total amount in one cell instead of manually summing several rows.
