Document development

It is necessary to develop layouts (+ filled sample) of documents according to the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 30.11.2011 No. 1242, and DSTU 4163-2003 using the modern form of official documentation. 

The necessary information for development (name, EDRPOU, addresses, logo, etc.) will be provided.

1. Order* – a directive document issued by the head of the organization to establish certain rules, make decisions, or assign tasks.

2. Directive – a document that contains specific instructions on operational management issues, issued by the head or an authorized person.

3. Protocol – a document that records the course and results of meetings, sessions, conferences, etc. The protocol can be brief or full (with a detailed account of speeches).

4. Decision* – a document that reflects the final result of a discussion or meeting, containing approved decisions on a specific issue or issues.

5. Regulation – a normative document that defines the status, structure, functions, tasks, and order of activity of the organization or its structural unit.

6. Instruction – a document that contains rules, procedures, or algorithms for performing work, actions, or using certain processes, mechanisms, or equipment.

7. Certificate* – a document that contains information about the actual state of affairs or confirms certain facts or events.

8. Letter* – a document used for external or internal correspondence between organizations or departments. Two types: for use in Ukraine + international (Ukrainian + English). 

9. Application* – a document through which a natural or legal person addresses the organization with a request, proposal, or demand.

10. Certificate* – a document that confirms a certain status or the right of a person to perform certain actions or functions.

11. Power of Attorney – a document that grants authority to a person to act on behalf of another person or organization.

12. Resolution – a note or decision on official documents that defines the procedure for their execution or responsible persons.

13. Act of Completed Works* – a document that confirms the fact of completion of works or provision of services, necessary for financial operations.

14. Research Agreement – a document that defines the terms of cooperation with other organizations or scientific institutions.

15. Cooperation Agreement* – a document that regulates cooperation with other institutions or companies in scientific or agricultural projects.

16. Employment Order* – a document that records the fact of hiring an employee to the institute.
