1. Tables for managers
For each of the 5 managers (with the possibility of adding new ones in the future), a table is needed to track the following metrics:

✅How many communications were opened (the number of attempts to contact).
✅How many calls were successful or ended in a dialogue.
✅CR 2 (intensity): calculate the ratio of successful dialogues to the number of attempts.

✅CR 4 (reach to trials): the ratio of conducted trial lessons to scheduled ones.

✅How many invoices were issued.
✅Total amount of issued invoices.
✅CR 5 (trial lesson → payment): the ratio of the number of payments to the number of conducted trial lessons.
✅Number of new payments.
✅Total income from new payments.
✅Average check for new clients (total income divided by the number of new payments).
✅Number of additional payments (repeat payments from current clients).

The table should also have the ability to record:
The language chosen by the client.
The source of the application (where the client found out about us).
In addition, it is necessary to automatically calculate the salary of each manager using the formula:

Then we need the data from all the managers' tables (or sheets) to be integrated into a general dashboard where we can see all the information.
And there should be a separate table for building the monthly plan, which then goes to each manager and to the general one.
