Development of the device casing

Good day.
I am opening a project for the development of a casing for an electronic device.

I have described all the specifications in more detail in the file; I think this information will be sufficient for estimating the timelines and costs of the work: Specifications-design-casing.docx. I will provide detailed information (such as size preferences, placement of ventilation holes, etc.) to the selected Contractor. 

Requirements for the project work:

1. The Contractor should be from Ukraine, and the language of communication is Ukrainian.
2. It is preferable for the work to be done in SolidWorks, but this is not critical (preferable, as I have the ability to work with SolidWorks, so it will be more convenient to review the results/options).
3. I have set the date for selecting the Contractor by next week, but the sooner we start, the better. If I find someone suitable earlier, we will start earlier, of course. Ideally, we should start tomorrow (Sunday).
4. It is highly desirable for the Contractor to have practical experience working on projects where metal molds were made for manufacturing ("casting") casings, so that the Contractor understands: "here it is better this way for this reason, and here it is better another way because of this and that," taking into account the future production of molds for casting casings. I can provide guidance here, as I have experience and understand what should not be done and what is better to do, but it is preferable for the Contractor to have this information as well.
5. There will most likely be a continuation, as an additional "add-on" will be needed for this project.
6. For the project, I will provide some samples of other designs from which certain elements (for example, buttons - I have a great design that has been worked out, and to avoid reinventing the wheel, we will simply take it).

8. In your bid, please indicate the estimated cost of the work, as well as information on when you can start and how long it may take to obtain the first prototype, why you and not someone else, and also samples of your previous projects relevant to this.
