A simple, modern, and affordable website needs to be developed for a cleaning company, as well as a simple chatbot for quick order placement.
The main goal of the project:
— to give the client the opportunity to quickly leave a request
— to collect all requests in one place
— to promptly receive notifications about new orders
— to create a simple system that can be expanded in the future
The website should be light, understandable, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly.
What needs to be implemented:
A simple website for the cleaning company
The website should have a main page with the following sections:
— company name
— brief description of services
— Book now button
— main services
— Why choose us section
— information about F-skatt / RUT 50%
— quick order form
— contact information
Main services to display on the website:
— Hemstädning
— Flyttstädning
— Fönsterputs
— Furniture dry cleaning
— Car interior dry cleaning
Additional services can be shown in a separate simple block without a complex structure:

When a new request comes in, I should immediately receive a quick notification:

or another convenient option for prompt notification
Reminder to the client
One automatic reminder to the client before cleaning needs to be implemented.
Feedback after service completion
After the order is completed, the client should receive a message asking to rate the service.
Simple logic:
— if the rating is good, suggest leaving a Google review
— if the rating is poor, leave an internal review
Target audience of the product:

How successful results will be evaluated:

For the first stage, a simple, inexpensive, and practical solution is needed without unnecessary complex features. It is important that the system can later be supplemented with new capabilities.
