Development of a template on WordPress
A website is needed, specifically a flexible template on WordPress for a tourism project for yacht and car rentals in Dubai.
The website categories should allow for the addition of landing pages.
Multilingual support is required (en/ru), possibly also Arabic.
Essentially, a hybrid aggregator website for yacht, car, and plane rentals (essentially a catalog) is needed, which will consist of its own main fleet of yachts (car park), planes + it would be ideal to consider the possibility of adding equipment from the side – when the time for this perspective comes, a personal account will need to be added to the website's infrastructure.
At the first stage of the launch, I am interested in speed and simplicity on WP, to start working as quickly as possible.
Also, at the first stage, I want to implement the yacht rental infrastructure first, and then – cars and planes.

I want this to be a website with "soul" about an exciting premium vacation in Dubai (analogues).
I expect the main traffic of clients from SEO, so landing pages for sections will need to be created immediately (content is available).
**IMPORTANT**
I want the template to be flexible enough. For example, there may be a need to create a section for the sale of yachts or real estate, so the template should be able to be modified with minimal costs. Perhaps, in some section in the future, a search filter will need to be created.

**Additionally – an important point regarding prices.**
In Dubai, all prices are indicated in dirhams (likely as required by law). For the convenience of clients, it would be good to also indicate the price in euros or dollars nearby. If a price search filter is installed on the website, the logic of price display will also need to be considered.
Desire for categories on landing pages – displaying yachts by popularity and by price.
Desire for the desktop version of the website – a template with one sidebar and a horizontal (dropdown) menu.
It would be ideal if the developer understands SEO.
