Hello!
I am well acquainted with Espressif microcontrollers: I have programmed various models (ESP32, ESP32-S3, ESP32-P4) using the ESP-IDF and Arduino frameworks for different tasks. I have experience using RS-232 (USART), SPI, I2C with ATmega16, through which I manipulated several connected devices via low-level registers and libraries. I have experience working with measurement sensors: thermistors, Danfoss pressure sensors, and so on.
On which framework was the firmware developed? How will you provide it: via GitHub or as an archive? Do you have documentation (Modbus register map) for the frequency converters that are planned to be used? Should the board operate exclusively as a Master for polling peripherals, or is support for Slave mode needed to respond to requests from an external master controller, or should both options be implemented simultaneously? How would you like to organize the workflow: remote firmware upload or sending the controller for faster operation (I live in Cherkasy, the board should arrive from Lviv in 1-2 days)? If it is convenient for you to send the board, could you also send another device depending on your task for proper live testing of the firmware?
I would be very happy to further discuss the project!!!!
