Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the blockchain agency. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales processes and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales, be a native English speaker, possess at least 2 years of sales experience, and have an understanding of NFT or blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy that achieves sales targets and drives revenue growth
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities in the blockchain industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Conduct calls and meetings with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and offer solutions that align with their goals
Create customized offers and proposals that demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients
Understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Use data and analytics to optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Native English speaker
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the blockchain industry
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for blockchain technology
