Hello! I need a repair for the GSM-VoIP gateway GoIP4. The device is in a cyclic reboot (clicks every 2 minutes, does not accept calls). The power supply was replaced with a known working one, but this did not solve the problem; the symptoms remain the same (even without SIM cards). It seems the issue is in the internal power circuits on the board — most likely, the capacitors/stabilizers have dried out or burned out.
