Щодо реалізації вашого проекту, моє бачення наступне:

1. Спочатку я створю основу сайту і адмін панель для управління майбутнім контентом. Вона буде максимально зручною і інтуїтивно зрозумілою.
2. Потім я зроблю роботу з картою як основний розділ сайту. Тут я додам функціонал для швидкого викладання / редагування / управління оголошеннями, теплову карту, фільтри на карті, можливість залишати запити на пошук нерухомості прямо на карті.
3. Після цього я розроблю функціонал для швидкої реєстрації користувачів, особистого кабінету, чату, сповіщень, оплати послуг сервісу онлайн, розширеного моніторингу і статистики користувачів, інтеграції з соціальними мережами.
