🛠️ Technical Task: Creating a Shopify website for a multi-brand distribution project still thinking of a name
Goal: to create a modern, flexible, scalable Shopify website with the ability to:
sell watch straps, watches, and jewelry,
present several brands in the future up to 20 (starting with Morellato),
separate into B2C and B2B (wholesale zone).

Brands (Morellato + future brands)
Collections (thematic collections, e.g., “Best Sellers”, “Special Offer”, “Smart Watch Fit”)

🔹 Wholesale zone (B2B functionality):
Registration or login for partners (not public, accessible only with my permission or link)
Wholesale prices should be hidden from regular visitors
After login – access to wholesale prices, ability to order in large quantities
Option “Download Price List” or tabular display of SKU + wholesale price
🔹 Admin functionality (for me):
I need to be able to:
add new brands (with their own categories)
add products (SKU, photos, descriptions, prices)
mark products as “Top Sale”, “New”, “Special Offer” (via tags or labels)
control access to the wholesale section (via manual approval or separate invite link)
easily change banners, texts, pages

💬 Process:
Mandatory preliminary approval of the template
Preferably see a portfolio of similar projects
Communication in Ukrainian or English
Budget: $500 USD (possibly more)
Brief description of the situation
Need to select the right website template, change categories to allow for future expansion of the product range by brands
Overall, the site can be based on Morellato, but watches should be accessible via a brand button
and all collections and SKUs should be uploaded into the category of watch straps available on the offshore site
Please pay attention to the product card in the category of straps — it should have an option to select color at the bottom under each item, and when a color is selected, the image changes accordingly. The site should also suggest other models below. In any case, ask questions (perhaps someone has ideas, and we will reach some understanding)
Currently, I received an offer to become a distributor of this brand in Canada, starting with straps, then connecting jewelry and watches (watches, as mentioned earlier, will be presented under many brands once we grow), so there should be an option to add brands. The goal is to create a good and convenient site that matches the brand we start working with.
The main business goal is B2B distribution, but for the brand to be purchased wholesale, it must also look good to the average visitor.
