The previous supplier from Hong Kong will not provide an import declaration (SAD) and will not participate in the export clearance. We already have: a commercial invoice for our individual entrepreneur, MSDS and CE certificates for all models. What exactly needs to be done by the executor: Process Polish customs agencies/brokers (or use own contacts). Find an agency that agrees to conduct export clearance under the indirect representation procedure (przedstawicielstwo pośrednie), where our Ukrainian individual entrepreneur will act as the Exporter.
