На выходе должен получиться ЭСКИЗНЫЙ проект с толковой 3D моделью, нужно будет сделать основные чертежи (планы этажей, фундаментов, перекрытий, крыши, разрез по лестничной клетке, генплан), задание скину на электронную почту, работа в программе Архикад 22. В приложении можете посмотреть что уже сделано, всё это требуется довести до ума. Проект учебный, расчёты проводить не надо. Визуализация, записка от вас тоже не требуется, только исправить модель, сделать генеральный план, чертежи.
