Make a logo of the tea store

Hello. There is a logo for a flower shop. It needs to be converted from a raster image to a vector format. Ideally, SVG so that we can edit it (mean- ing it should be line art) - please provide the cost of the work and the timeline.

Color models: version in RGB (for screens) and CMYK (for printing). 2. For the volumetric (3D) logo: Raster format: Only a high-quality .PNG on a transparent background is needed.
