Есть сайт сделанный на laravel, есть пользователи. Необходимо реализовать отправку уведомлений каждому пользователю в телеграм канал. Уведомления должны отправляться при каком-то событии. Например, кто-то написал пользователю личное сообщение на сайте - ему должно прийти уведомление в телеграм, или кто-то поставил лайк пользователю - ему должно прийти уведомление в телеграм

Для выполнения Вашего проекта необходимо:
- доступ FTP
- URL базы данных
- доступ до админки сайта
- доступ до админки хостинга чтоб настроить CRON
- привести примеры необходимых уведомлений
Уточняю, для отправки уведомлений каждому пользователю который желает их получать необходимо будет подписаться на бота.
Есть возможность подобного бота также для VIBER.
