Senior Remote Accountant
A privately held investment group focusing on cross border, industrial, and growth-stage venture capital, asset management and advisory services is looking for a Senior remote accountant.
You are expected to provide
book-keeping support for a privately held companies based in Hong Kong. Duties
including keeping and managing records of financial transactions and general
clerical work.
Position
Responsibilities:
1. Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions, maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable;
2. Prepare ledgers, reconcile and
balance accounts, maintain files, manage petty cash expenditures and inventory;
3. Assist in preparation of annual
financial statements;
4. Receive tasks from Chief accountant, report on progress and assist in other ad-hoc duties.
Knowledge
and Skill Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in
Accounting or related disciplines;
2. Accuracy of works, self-motivation, responsibility and ability
to work independently;
3. Minimum three years of
relevant working experience;
4. Computer literacy
including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard
accounting software packages;
5. Good written and spoken
English
