ABOUT THE PROJECTContent catalog in a narrow thematic niche. Laravel, several thousand pages, 13 language versions with localized URLs, hreflang, custom sitemap generation, Schema.org markup. The project is live and evolving.
SITUATIONSharp decline in impressions and clicks in Google. Meanwhile, visibility in other search engines and AI is stable and even increasing. No technical failures (5xx, erroneous noindex, robots.txt failure) were recorded at the time of the decline — but verification is needed.IMPORTANT CONTEXTThe majority of descriptions on the site are generated automatically, category pages are built according to a template. Currently, separate entity pages belonging to categories with unique data and statistics are under development — I assume this will increase uniqueness and may boost categories, but I am not confident. The hypothesis needs to be either confirmed or replaced with a better one.
TASKS1. Diagnosis: determine the nature of the decline (algorithmic, technical, content quality, penalties) with justification, not assumption.2. Prioritized recovery plan: what to do first, what second, which changes will yield the greatest effect for the effort expended.3. Technical task for the developer — specific, ready for execution.4. Support for implementation and monitoring dynamics - I don’t know how long this will take but I would like to pay once for the result.
WHAT I EXPECT IN THE RESPONSE- 2-3 cases of recovery after a decline: niche, site scale, what was the cause, how long it took, results in numbers.- Your preliminary hypotheses regarding the described situation (I understand that without access they will be general — I value the thought process).- Work format: a one-time audit is not enough for me, I need results - indexing 80 percent of pages.- Cost and timelines for each stage.
