6) REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTRACTOR
Mandatory:
- Real experience in SEO for medical/healthcare sites or YMYL
- Ability to work with GSC/GA4/GTM, Screaming Frog (or similar)
- Ability to write tasks for the developer and control implementation
- Understanding of E-E-A-T and trust principles for medical sites
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Local SEO (GBP) for chain locations
- Experience in CRO to increase conversion from organic
7) REPORTING (clear format)
Weekly:
- What has been done (task list)
- Evidence (exports/screenshots/links to commits/URLs)
- What is planned for next week
- Risks/blockers (what is needed from me/developer)
Monthly:
- GSC dynamics: impressions/clicks/CTR/positions by clusters
- Lead dynamics (if tracking is set up)
- Work plan for the next month
8) ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (without this, the stage is not paid)
- There is a backlog P0/P1/P2 and a task list for the dev
- There is a crawl before/after with real improvement in technical indicators
- There is a list of optimized URLs and a checklist for each
- There is confirmation of implemented schema
- There are set conversions (or clearly described what hinders)
