Initial data: Architectural drawings of the house with a front yard in Spanish. (If necessary, I will comment on all questions).
Concept: The garage is not heated and can accommodate all the main equipment. Heating and cooling of the first floor, as well as hot water supply for the entire house, are to be done using an air-to-water heat pump (preliminarily a monoblock, but a split system can be considered to choose the optimal option). Cooling is planned with a cassette fan coil unit in the middle of the floor, and heating will be provided by underfloor heating. The second floor will have a multi-split system with ducted indoor units installed in bathrooms and ducts leading to the bedrooms. Underfloor heating is required in all rooms on the first and second floors. Hot water supply with recirculation. A photovoltaic system with a capacity of 4.5 - 5 kW is also planned for the roof (there is a conceptual solution for it, but it needs to be drawn to show the mounting methods on the membrane roof).
Tasks to be completed:
1) Calculation of heat loss and cooling requirements for the rooms.
2) Layout of underfloor heating.
3) Piping layout for heating and cooling systems, as well as refrigerant lines throughout the house.
4) Installation of the heating system.
5) Ductwork layout for air distribution throughout the house (2nd floor) (existing project includes them, but there may be more optimal solutions).
6) Design of mounting photovoltaic panels and wiring to the inverter in the garage.
7) Specifications.
Details: The presented architectural drawings are not the final version; they are sent to a factory for the production of prefabricated houses to adapt them to their capabilities. At this stage, the factory wants to plan all possible channels and communications in this house on their premises. They will be installed at the factory. This project documentation will be needed for this purpose. After approval by the factory, adjustments will have to be made for installation. Everything should be done in 3D, preferably using REVIT or AutoCAD, but other options are also acceptable. The project language can be Ukrainian, Russian, English, or Spanish of your choice.
