Нужно создать здание (кампус), образовательное учреждение+коворкинг центр в Крыму, возле подножья айПетри.
С этим проектом я пойду к инвесторам и в гос.органы для поддержки (уже начаты переговоры).
450 кв.м. 2 этажа:
1.этаж: жилая зона+номера для команд(3-5чел)+обеденная зона
2.рабочее пространство, общая аудитория в стиле лучших айти компаний.
