The commercial invoice is issued by a non-resident company (Hong Kong, without a European EORI). The buyer and the final owner of the goods is a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur. The previous supplier from Hong Kong will not provide an import declaration (SAD) and will not participate in the export clearance. We already have: a commercial invoice for our individual entrepreneur, MSDS and CE certificates for all models. What exactly needs to be done by the executor: Process Polish customs agencies/brokers (or use own contacts).
