48 USD It is necessary to synchronize two Google Sheets: one contains the list of orders, and the other tracks inventory (the inventory table is not critical - it can be replaced with a program/application).
In the order list table, add a dropdown list of products in column Q (from the "inventory" table).
Also, when a product is selected, automatically fill in the cells:
D - purchase
G - product name
P - product name in SMS
And implement the following: when a product is selected in column Q, the product should be deducted from the stock (not necessarily online, for example once a day or upon request).
It should also be possible to add and adjust the quantity of products and purchase price in the "inventory" table (reminder that this table is not critical, it can be created in a program/form/database/application).
This order list table is used by managers, so this task can be performed after 6 PM or, preferably, on a similar table (I will create a duplicate table).
