Synchronize the OLED screen operation with Raspberry Pi 4

My task is to create a working setup, specifically I have a video that needs to be played in a video loop through Raspberry Pi 4 and displayed on my 1.39 Inch Flexible OLED Display. After studying various tutorials, I managed to set up and connect the PI 4 and play the video to the TV without any problems. I also connected the mini screen via HDMI to the laptop, mirroring the image, and that works more or less fine. However, when I connect the round display to the PI 4, I get a broken image (which can be seen in the photos). I lack the knowledge and patience to solve this problem ;(
I need to synchronize the work so that the image is functional and provide me with a tutorial on how to adjust new videos to fit this custom round resolution of the monitor.
