Склад та залишки в Baselinker
Вітаю! Завдання наступне:
1. Потрібно створити склад в BaseLinker, в який помістити продукти, які фізично знаходяться у нас на складі в Німеччині. Ці продукти мають свій SKU. Один конкретний товар — один конкретний SKU, і записати під них залишки.
Список номенклатури з ERP можемо віддавати у форматі JSON в бік BaseLinker.
2. Нам потрібно зробити синхронізацію цих залишків з маркетплейсами. На маркетплейсі у нас може лежати один товар під різними SKU. Тобто, наприклад, у нас є просто довгі SKU, є короткі SKU, є старі SKU, є нові SKU. Тобто, одному товару на майданчиках може відповідати п'ять різних найменувань. У нас є таблиця цих співвідношень. Тобто, як цей SKU названий на сайті і як він у нас названий в ERP, в цих складських залишках. Нам потрібно зробити цю синхронізацію з відповідностями.
Перше, щоб воно зіставлялося за прямими SKU і щоб воно зіставлялося з іншими суміжними SKU, які у нас існували раніше.
3. Налаштувати саму інтеграцію обміну залишками. Тобто, нам треба зробити так, щоб коли у нас товар закінчувався на складі (кількість в наявності = 0), лістинг не зникав. Товар залишався активним і доступним. А в кількості відображалася наявність - 150 шт., АЛЕ терміни доставки змінювалися з 5-ти днів, наприклад на 35 днів.
4. Маркетплейси вже підключені, замовлення з них в BaseLinker і потім в ERP отримуємо.
Підтримка BaseLinker говорить, що пункт 3 виконати неможливо. Якщо це так, запропонуйте які варіанти існують, з відображенням лістингів.
