Можно сделать и в Excel, но для таких вещей уже давно придумали БД.
Тем более, если это склад БД должна быть сетевой. Элементарный пример: менеджер сформировал накладную на выдачу на своем рабочем месте, а складовщик у себя уже отмечает, что выдал. А если не сколько складов????.
Другой вопрос о формировании выходных форм, тут на усмотрение заказчика, можно просто на печать, можно в Excel, Word, PDF и даже в рисунок.....
В ТЗ не указаны не которые вещи, как формируется выходная цена...., возврат продукции, списание и брак.
И если делать нормальную программу и чтобы она работала, надо не 3000 грн. ставить, а начинать с 400-500$.
Можно сделать и в Excel, но для таких вещей уже давно придумали БД.
