Ну почему такая уверенность, что 10 минут? Сделайте сами, быстрее будет, чем публиковать проект. А так это похоже на "слив" бюджета.

Какой ещё слив бюджета? я не разбираюсь в некоторых настройках бота, да, я его на 90% сделал за час, осталась пара мелочей которые я не могу найти .

Простите, но когда пишут в проекте, что все очень просто, работы на 5-10 минут обычно означает, что заказчик не готов адекватно задаче оплатить и хочет сэкономить.
Такие фразы на подсознания действуют. Ничем не хотел Вас обидеть.

Добавить 5 строчек текста через контрел ц контр в, и сделать уведомления чтоб приходили в телеграм, это не трудно =)
