Здравствуйте, похоже что первая игра сделана под нативный Android - в описании идет речь про проект Android studio. А вторая на Unity. Экспортировать в Unity нативный проект если и можно, то скорее всего игра не стоит свеч - проще найти аналог сделанный под Unity изначально.
Так же не совсем понятно есть ли в комплекте первой игры сам бэкенд, или только клиентская часть для сайта-админки.
